You will also be asked to select a category for your paper. The options for this are listed below. If you don’t see an exact match, please choose the best fit:
- Research paper. Reports on any type of research undertaken by the author(s), including:
ü The construction or testing of a model or framework
ü Action research
ü Testing of survey data or hypothesis
ü Empirical, scientific or clinical research
ü Papers with a practical focus
- Technical Paper: Describes and evaluates technical products, processes, or services.
- Conceptual Paper: Focuses on the development of hypotheses and is primarily discursive. It includes practical discussions and comparative analyses of existing literature and authors’ perspectives.
- Case Study: Describes actual interventions or experiences within organizations. This category may be subjective and does not typically report formal research. It also includes analyses of original cases or hypothetical case studies used for research purposes.
- Literature Review: Applicable only when the primary objective of the paper is to annotate and/or critically evaluate the literature in a specific field. This may include selective bibliographies, guidance on information sources, or comprehensive coverage of key contributors and their viewpoints.
- General Review: Provides an overview or historical examination of a concept, technique, or phenomenon. Such papers are generally more descriptive or instructional than discursive.
Figures
All figures (charts, diagrams, line drawings, screenshots, and photographic images) should be submitted electronically. Both colour and black and white files are accepted.
There are a few other important points to note:
- All figures should be supplied at the highest resolution/quality possible with numbers and text clearly visible.
- Acceptable formats are .jpeg, jpg.
- Electronic figures created in other applications should be supplied in their original formats and should also be either copied and pasted into a blank MS Word document.
- All figures should be numbered consecutively with numerals and have clear captions (E.g. Figure – 1,2,3).
- All figure captions should include the necessary credit line with suitable source and describe the figures in systematic way.
Tables
Tables should be typed and submitted in a separate word file to the main body of the article. The position of each table should be centre alignment and corresponding labels clearly shown in the table file. Tables should be numbered consecutively in numerals (e.g. Table – 1,2,3, etc.).
Describe all the tables very systematically and in understandable way.
References
All references in the manuscript must be formatted in accordance with APA 7th edition style. Authors should carefully verify all citations for completeness, accuracy, and consistency to ensure effective reference linking within databases and seamless integration with reference management software such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, and similar tools.
Research Funding
If the article is supported by external research funding, this support must be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section. Authors should clearly state the role of the funding agency or financial sponsor at each stage of the research process, from study design through manuscript submission.
